全球发展学院在浙江大学成立

　　据介绍，全球发展学院围绕“以天下为己任，以人才的力量、思想的力量，提升全球发展能力，推动各国共同发展”的办学使命，致力于以推进全球发展倡议落地深化为核心，面向世界各国的中高层官员与领军企业的中高层人员招录培养对象，建设集高水平学历教育、高层次人才培训和高质量学术研究于一体的新型创新型学院。

　　学院实行实体化运作，开展“高水平学历教育、高层次人才培训和高质量学术研究”三大任务。依托“中国—东盟数字经济研修班”等品牌项目，开展非学历项目，精准服务高端人才培训需求，赋能全球发展一线实践者。发挥浙江大学在人工智能、数字经济等战略性领域的学科积淀与科研优势，建设全球发展领域世界级学术研究与政策研究重镇，构建“基础研究+应用研究+成果转化”全链条创新平台。

　　“我们将依托浙江大学‘应用经济学’‘公共管理学’两个一级学科开展学历学位教育，为全球可持续发展领域提供长期性、战略性人才支撑。”全球发展学院院长黄先海介绍道。截至目前，学院已启动面向全球的学历教育招生工作，首批博士研究生将于2026年9月入学。
